Two formats: a FinOps engineer on your team by the day, or paid on results, 20% of the savings, after a free audit. Ask the assistant below: it knows both and the calculator.

What I do
  • Audits of the bill, with the savings priced item by item, effort and risk included
  • The changes your team approves, applied with your engineers
  • Cost priced at the design stage, before it is built
Pick it when

You want the work done inside the team, on the priorities you set, rather than a fee on the savings. I join your engineers on a daily rate and we decide together what to look at first.

Frequently asked questions

Paid on results or on a daily rate: which format fits?

Paid on results fits a bill to bring down: the audit is free and I'm paid 20% of the measured savings for 12 months, for bills from €30,000 to €300,000 a month. On a daily rate, I join your team as a FinOps engineer, up to 20 days a month, in Paris or remote, on the priorities you set. The rate is on request.

What do you touch in our infrastructure?

Nothing without your approval. The audit starts from your billing exports. In both formats, every change is approved by your team before it is applied.

How is the reduction measured?

Paid on results, we agree on a starting point from your recent bills, before any change. The fee applies to the gap against that starting point, at comparable usage.

We already have discounts and commitments. Does that change anything?

Paid on results, they are part of the starting point. I only charge on what goes down on top of them.

Which providers do you cover?

AWS, Google Cloud and Azure, alone or combined.
